This weekend’s job is a window in the front of the house. Size is 64×43 and had to order it from Home Depot, and it took 3 weeks to get here.
Problems we will have:
is to remove the exterior cinder block wall, frame it in and slap in the window.

Prepped the site with plastic so dust wouldn’t get all over.

Marked the site and started cutting with a masonry blade on one of my skill saws (way easier than breaking them out by hand). Had to cut both sides of the wall.

Then I set the crew to tearing out the old brick. Man, what good workers!
We framed it in and slapped in the window. And no, it didn’t really go as smooth as I am making it sound, but hey! Who is writing this anyhow?


Did you notice that I also removed the tree from in front of the window? Told you it wasn’t as easy as I was letting on…

And we finished! Whoop! The next picture is to show you how big the window really is…
